We recently used AU roofing to add an extension to our house and to undertake some major refurbishment. Having recently moved to the area we were somewhat nervous as we did not have any recommendations as to which builder to use. As soon as we met with Tony we were immediately reassured, he not only listened to what we wanted he also made some very good suggestions as to how to improve our plans. The quote supplied was comprehensive and the prices reasonable so we went ahead with the project. I have to say that we are delighted with the result. Tony and his team made the whole process as smooth as possible despite some difficulties with the plans we had drawn up. We were always left in a good position every day and the whole team that visited us over the 3 month period were polite and professional. We had several quotes for a new roof but AU Roofing offered us a reasonable price & friendly service. Tony was prepared to spend time talking things through & explaining our options and choices. He was even happy to speak to our neighbour to reassure her about what was going to take place. Throughout the job he was excellent at keeping us informed by text, email and phone and always got back to us quickly if we had questions which was reassuring. The team were friendly and worked hard in all weathers. They always arrived promptly, were polite, friendly and worked really hard. We have used AU Roofing for a number of projects, including the building of a single storey rear extension and front porch, fitting of a new kitchen and bathroom, hard landscaping to front and rear of the property and a number of smaller jobs. The service offered is professional and Tony was very helpful in advising what is feasible and gave a clear detailed estimate at the outset and stuck to the price. In fact he gave us advice on where best to source our kitchen which saved us money. Once the work began, Tony was on-hand to sort out any problems and fully project-managed the job from start to finish. His tradesmen were trustworthy, considerate and polite, and we were able to leave them with the house keys and minimise our time away from work. We were very pleased with the standard of the work. We did have a couple of minor problems some months after the work was finished, however on both occasions Tony quickly returned and rectified the issues. This guarantee and aftercare approach has given us peace of mind and meant we have gone back to the company a number of times for other jobs. AU Roofing recently carried out extensive works for me consisting of a new living room extension, garage conversion, internal renovations to bedrooms and bathrooms, and full house decoration. The work was carried out to a high standard and I found them professional, polite, respectful - basically everything they claim to be on their website. I work full-time so also very much appreciated their project management skills of such a large building project and felt completely at ease for them to have the keys to my property. Given their helpful, friendly approach, coupled with their high work ethic and quality workmanship I would have no hesitation at all in endorsing their work.

AU Roofing and Building Services first came to our attention 9 years ago when they were building an extension for our neighbour. We were impressed by the way they went about their work: always professional, punctual, efficient and polite. They also were very mindful of the impact that the build would have on us as neighbours and made a point of keeping us informed. Very considerate, they also kept our property clean and free from dirt and dust. In subsequent years we have used them for a number of jobs at our home ranging from very small minor repairs to substantial internal work. True to their slogan "Big enough to cope, small enough to care" they have delivered first class work on every occasion. It can be hard to find good builders; people that are highly skilled, hard‐working, trustworthy and capable. These are really good builders, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

AU Roofing have completed two major renovation projects for us on houses in a considerable state of disrepair. On both occasions AU Roofing impressed us with the incredibly high standard, speed, and vision of their work. The main reason we used Tony and his team from Ramsgate rather than a builder in London was because of the reliability and quality of their work. We would never use another builder.
